Catering Policies at Glendarin Bar and Grill:
Guest Count - A guaranteed number of guests 7 days before the event is required . You will be charged for no less than the guaranteed number of guests. We will be prepared to serve 5% more than the guaranteed number. Minimum guest count is 25.
Terms - Deposit of $5 per guest and 50% room rental required for all bookings. Balance due 7 days prior to event. We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Our returned check fee is $30.00. See contract terms.
Cancellations - In the event of a cancellation 60 or more days before the event, 90% of the deposit will be returned; for cancellations 14 or more days before the event, 50% of the deposit will be refunded; for cancellations less than 14 days before the event, the entire deposit is forfeited.
Rain or Shine Policy - Please consider rain cover when planning your party. We cannot accommodate rain dates. We can provide tents, tables, chairs, linens, entertainment, and more!
Exceptions - All non-refundable deposits, such as tent deposits made on the client's behalf, will NOT be refunded upon cancellation.
Prices - An 18% service charge will be added to all food and beverage sales. This is not a gratuity. Tipping is appreciated and at your discretion. All prices are subject to 7% Indiana Sales Tax. Prices are subject to change.
Caruso's can customize any menu for your event or outing. We are open to suggestions for our dinner menus and we are more than happy to customize a menu for you. We also have dining on our patio, weather permitting.
