Wedding Reception Rental Rates

January through March - $1,000.00
April through First 2 weekends of October - $1,400.00
Last 2 Weekends of October through December - $1,200.00

Deposit Requirements

To secure a date for a reception, 50% of the room rental is payable to Glendarin Hills and $5.00 per guest is payable to Caruso’s at Glendarin.

Cancellation Policy

In event of cancellation 90 or more days before the event, 50% of the deposit will be returned. For cancellations fewer than 90 days before the event, the entire deposit is forfeited.

Deputy Fee

We require deputy service at all receptions for a minimum of 4 hours at $25.00 per hour. This fee is payable directly to the deputy on the evening of the reception.

Linen Fee

Linen rental is $.75 per guest and includes linen tablecloths and linen napkins. Extra tablecloth rental is $4.00 per linen.

Hall Set-Up & Clean-Up Fee

Table and chair arranging, place setting, and room cleaning service is $1.00 per guest.
